Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Vela Aesthetics Spa website and your relationship with us as a client. By accessing our website, booking a treatment, or communicating with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Description of Services
Vela Aesthetics Spa offers a curated menu of non-invasive facial skin treatments in Naples, Florida. Our services include the LED Facelift Facial, Bio Thermal Facial, 20K Gold Facial, Hydro Facial, Signature Facial, and Skin Consultations.
All treatments are performed by certified estheticians. Vela specializes exclusively in non-invasive procedures and does not offer surgical, injectable, or medical treatments of any kind.
SMS Communications — Permitted Use Cases
Vela Aesthetics Spa may use SMS messaging to communicate with clients and registered users for the following purposes:
Transactional Notifications including confirmation of appointment bookings, service updates, and scheduling changes. Appointment Reminders for upcoming treatments or consultations. Customer Support responses to inquiries initiated by the client. Service Alerts regarding important updates related to your booking or our operations. Promotional Messages including special offers, new service announcements, and seasonal promotions, sent only to clients who have explicitly opted in to marketing communications.
SMS messages will only be sent to individuals who have provided their phone number and given explicit consent to receive such communications from Vela Aesthetics Spa.
SMS Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Vela Aesthetics Spa at any time using either of the following methods:
Reply STOP. Text STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number.
Contact Us Directly. Email us or call us at the contact details listed at the end of these Terms and request to be removed from our SMS list.
After opting out, your number will be removed from our messaging list within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that opting out of marketing SMS messages does not affect transactional messages directly related to an active appointment or booking.
To re-subscribe at any time, text START to the same number or contact us directly.
Message and Data Rate Disclosure
Standard message and data rates may apply to all SMS communications sent by or received from Vela Aesthetics Spa. These rates are set by your mobile carrier and data plan. Vela is not responsible for any charges applied by your carrier.
Message frequency will vary depending on your appointment schedule and communication preferences. You will not be charged by Vela Aesthetics Spa for standard SMS messages.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Vela Aesthetics Spa is not liable for any delays or failures in the delivery of SMS messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile network operator. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Wireless service is not available in all areas. SMS availability may vary by carrier, device, and geographic location. Vela makes no guarantee that SMS communications will be received on time or at all, and shall not be held responsible for any loss, inconvenience, or damage caused by delayed or undelivered messages.
Age Restriction
All services offered by Vela Aesthetics Spa, including SMS communications, are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By providing your phone number, booking a treatment, or engaging with our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
Vela does not knowingly collect personal information from or provide services to individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a minor has booked a service, provided personal information, or opted in to SMS communications, we will promptly remove that information from our records.
Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments may be booked through our website contact form, by phone, or by email. We ask that clients provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee at the discretion of Vela Aesthetics Spa.
Vela reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time at our discretion.
Health and Safety
While our treatments are non-invasive and suitable for most skin types, clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, skin sensitivities, allergies, or ongoing treatments that may affect their suitability for a particular service. Vela is not liable for any adverse reactions arising from undisclosed health conditions.
Our estheticians may decline to perform a treatment if they determine it is not appropriate for a client’s skin at the time of the appointment.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Vela Aesthetics Spa website including text, images, logos, graphics, and branding is the intellectual property of Vela Aesthetics Spa and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vela Aesthetics Spa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability to any client for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by that client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Collier County, Florida.
Changes to These Terms
Vela Aesthetics Spa reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be reflected by a revised effective date at the top of this document. Continued use of our website or services following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
